We only accept BPI/PNB transfer only. You can directly transfer the total amount of gifts to our BPI/PNB account.

How will I know that you have received my order?
As soon as you have submitted your order on the website order form, you should immediately receive an email confirming your order details along with an order number.
You should use this order number in any further correspondence regarding your order.
Can I send gift message to my recipient?
Absolutely. We provide gift card (free of charge) with every gift you purchase.
Just fill in the details on the order form under "special instructions" and will do rest.
Will my loved ones get exactly what I have ordered?
The eGIFTdelivery Team will do our best to ensure that what your loved ones receive is exactly what you ordered.
The only time where there might be slight variations to your orders is where a certain type of flower are not in season, a type of vase is no longer in production or a type of chocolate is no longer imported into Philippines.
We will do our best to replace it with a similar or more expensive product.

Can I order for a specific date?
Yes, if at least seven days notice is given eGIFTdelivery can, in most cases, arrange specific dates to meet your requirements.

What if the recipient is not available at your delivery time?
We do call them first to make sure your loved ones is at home.
We tell them over the phone or text message that "A gift from your loved one in USA have a surprise gift for you!
Sample dialogue "What time are you available to receive your surprise gift from etc.?.."
If the recipient is not at home to accept the delivery, we will leave the flower and gifts with a member of their family to sign on their behalf.
If not possible or no one is home to accept the gifts, the gift can be redelivered, however, a second delivery charge will be applicable.
What if the product/s that have been delivered was refused to accept by recipient, Does eGIFTdelivery money will be reimburse to the sender?
NO. If the recipient refused to accept the product/s, we text message ASAP you right away, we will notify the sender that the recipient refused to accept the gifts.
We shall wait for you or your representative to pick up the undelivered goods within 7 days .
The goods will be kept in our store chiller/storage.
Should you as a sender or his/her representative failed to have the goods pick up and the goods wilted, in this case, we cannot refund you as a sender because of the characteristics of our products which is highly perishable.
If gifts are unpick up, we either donate the unpick-up gifts such as food, stuff toys to street children (if FOOD is still ok to eat) Flowers to our nearest Churches or Appliances/Electronics to any Orphanage House in Philippines.
Will eGIFTdelivery refund my money if my recipient is not totally happy with the gift?
eGiftDelivery.com guarantees our buyers and recipients with fresh, nicely prepared flowers and gifts item that will surely surprise them.
